METANOIA — beyond the insole
Metanoia exists to help people achieve their goals and dreams — by making sure foot pain doesn't stop them.
Whether it's a runner chasing a personal best, a footballer fighting for a spot on the team, or someone just trying to stay active and healthy — your goals matter. And your feet should support you, not hold you back.
Why I started this:
I started Metanoia because I saw too many people — friends, athletes, family — dealing with foot pain and just accepting it as normal. I wanted to build something that actually works. Something that doesn't cost a fortune. Something that helps people move without pain and keep chasing what matters to them.
Our insoles are built around practical features: Poron for shock absorption, TPU for firm arch support, breathable fabric for comfort, and a trimmable design so they can fit different shoes.
Purpose first
We want to make supportive footwear solutions that help people keep moving toward what matters to them.
Built for movement
Comfort, support, cushioning, and fit are at the centre of how we think about our products.
Made with people in mind
Metanoia started from a simple belief: people should not have to give up on being active because their feet hurt.
We don't just sell insoles — we change how the world moves.
Find the right support for every step.
Purpose-built performance families designed around comfort, support, and the way you move.
